The class will be Thursday and Friday, December 3-4 from 0800-1600.
The course is already accredited for both EMS con-ed in Pennsylvania and physician AMA category I CME.
PHYSICIANS RECEIVE 16 HOURS OF CAT I CME.
Additionally, the Center for Special Operations and Training at Einstein will provide a certificate for physicians who work at Pennsylvania trauma centers that this course meets criteria for required trauma continuing education hours including pediatrics hours.
Continental breakfast and lunch is provided both days.
Please pass this information along to EMS and ED personnel. The course is appropriate for ALS providers, physicians, physician assistants, pharmacologists and nurses. EMT-Basics with a strong background in hazardous materials and clinical care should contact us before registering. If you provide care for hazmat or WMD contaminated patients including those who sustain blast injury or other trauma in the setting of terrorism, this course is also for you.
